SUPERPLASTIC SHIPPING

We ship from our lovely warehouse in San Bernardino, California.

NON-USA ORDERS

There are no taxes or duties for orders going to the USA. If you live outside the USA, you may have to pay customs duties upon delivery of your order. We’re super-sorry but we don’t know how much duties will be to your particular country. It’s usually not too much!

ABANDONED AND REFUSED ORDERS

Our fabulous lawyers asked us to add this: In the case in which the charges are not paid or the shipment is refused or abandoned, the shipment costs and customs duties will be deducted from the order’s overall total, and the difference reimbursed once we receive the items back.

RETURN POLICY

If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, you have 15 days from receiving your order to exchange or return by sending your items back to us.

Apparel returns will only be accepted in original sealed packaging. Since our toys are limited edition and many come in sealed surprise boxes, all returned toys must be in their original, unopened boxes. Sorry, we can't accept open box toys back as a return unless they are defective, in which case we will do our best to replace the item you ordered if it hasn’t sold out. If we don’t have any left we’ll talk about it and work something out.
